I see you float above the earth,
As you talk,
You sing a melodious song.
I see the bright sun’s light,
Even in the middle of the night,
With darkness surrounding us.
You do not hear my cries,
As I roam the earth,
I stumble upon the ground.
And see the fire that burns within me,
But I realize that I could never be with someone,
That fell from heaven.
Gaze through your windows,
Towards the starry night,
Awaiting in the shadow of the night,
A wonder beyond the belief of us.
For time will bring this to us,
Under the cloak of night,
It will shatter the void,
And the moon will fall.
The darkness fades,
The blue of the sky returns,
The stars retreat,
And the moon flees.
Look towards the eastern sky,
Watch the golden ray’s peak above the horizon,
See the white clouds return to the blue sky,
With the golden sun right behind.
And to see this with your own eyes,
And then to hear the life which comes back,
To see it once is a wonder,
But to witness it everyday is the gift set down for us.
Snowflakes
I sit at my window,
Looking outside into the wonderland,
Into a world that seems to good,
To great to be true.
My hands warm themselves upon a cup,
The warm liquid soothing my wounds,
The quilt upon my shoulders warming my body,
And the snowflakes outside healing my heart.
The beauty before us,
Seems to not matter to most,
As they only see money and industry,
Which only brings destruction to the quiet beauty of nature.
The tall trees covered in snow,
Look like giant snow giants of old,
The snow covered hills are their playground,
As well as ours.
The tracks through the snow,
Which I had made to get here,
Almost have disappeared from sight,
As the snowfall of nature fixes the holes in the white blanket.
As I think more on it, I am doubting myself more and more, as death creeps up
upon me, is their truly an angel inside, or am I just an empty shell? so many
questions, so little time. Death is on my doorstop, time is flying by, when will
the light to all the darkness be shown, and all the truths be known? Of all the
things that frighten me, death grows more and more. Where is the end to the
torture, is it death that I must accept? Will I ever know.

by the summer sun, he woods darkened for the light of the sun does not reach the
woodland ground, But there are a few who stand out, those who stand among the
trees, the people I hold dear here, guides of the woods, guides of the light,
guides of love. It Be yous who I see saving me

Their telling me a story
giving me a smile
making me watch

It's giving me a path
looking upon the earth
watching over me

dreaming all the dreams

Showing me a vision
giving me a heart
flowing with my soul

Standing bright and tall
looking over at you
my heart skips a beat
to make things a new

An angel's fine wings
